PAYMENT:

Payment should be made via PAYPAL following order confirmation. For orders made using the order form you will receive an invoice by email with a paypal link to make your payment.
Bespoke orders will normally require a deposit to cover materials with the balance payable on completion.

DELIVERY:

Delivery will be by Royal Mail Special Delivery unless stated otherwise and will normally be within 2 weeks of order. However bespoke orders may take a little longer.

QUALITY:

Each handbag is individually handmade by Rosemary to a high standard of craftsmanship. In order to be sure you are happy with a colour or material choice it is always best to request a swatch prior to ordering.

RETURNS POLICY:

As each handbag is made to order we can only accept returns if they are faulty, damaged or incorrect. In this case please return the handbag unused and in its original packaging within 7 days and we will refund you by paypal or cheque, or make a new one for you. Please obtain a certificate of posting as proof of postage as we cannot be responsible for parcels that fail to reach us.
